Lounea is the service provider of Maininki Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy and supplies more than 2,000 apartments with broadband connection and cable TV services

The following services are available in each Maining apartment:

Internet connection, speed at least 50/20M
Cable TV and basic channels

The services are included in the price / rent of the apartment. Additional services are billed to the resident.

Additional internet speed options for Maininki

In housing associations, availability depends on the technology in use and the contract. You can conveniently increase the speed in the OmaLounea-service. If you don't have account yet, you can easily create it by identifying yourself with your bank credentials.

Based on your address, OmaLounea shows you which additional speeds are available for your residential building. Through it, you can also conveniently order a modem if you need one. Invoicing for the basic speed offered by your building company goes through your building company, you will receive an invoice for the additional speed separately.

G.fast Genexis Pure ED504 -modem

Genexis Pure ED504 G.fast modem is intended for apartments where a fiber network has been implemented using the house's old indoor network and the connection is to a telephone socket. This modem is suitable for both VDSL and G.fast technology apartments. The modem includes WiFi, so you don't need a separate router to create a wireless network.
